SpookShowAngel accepts payment from PayPal, which is a secure online payment facility as well as all major credit and debit cards.
How much is postage?

SpookShowAngel offers a variety of choices within the UK. All prices include postage and packaging and you will need to select which option you would prefer. Prices are based on the final weight of your order and are as follows:

For Royal Mail First Class:

  • 0.00-0.25kg - £3.00
  • 0.251-0.5kg - £3.50
  • 0.501-1kg - £5.00
  • 1.001-2kg - £7.50
  • 2.001-4kg - £10.00
  • 4.001-8kg - £15.00

For Royal Mail Recorded Delivery Signed For:

  • 0.00-0.25kg - £3.50
  • 0.251-0.5kg - £4.50
  • 0.501-1kg - £6.00
  • 1.001-2kg - £8.50
  • 2.001-4kg - £11.00
  • 4.001-8kg - £16.00

SpookShowAngel is based in Brighton, UK, and we are pleased to be able to offer you our ‘free collect in person’ service. You can collect from us either from our trading post in Brighton, or at any of the shows we attend. You will need to pay for your order but at checkout hit the ‘pick up from SSA’ option. We will then contact you to ask where you’d like to collect from!

For the Rest of the World:

How long will delivery be?
Standard delivery within the UK is estimated 3-5 working days. For personalised and hand-made products, please see each product description as delivery will be significantly longer.

How long is delivery for hand-made items?
Delivery time for hand-made products will vary depending on which item you require. SpookShowAngel’s handmade jumpers will usually take up to 10 days, but on busier periods may take longer. SpookShowAngel endeavours to keep an amount of jumpers in stock, so if there will be a wait, we will contact you after your order has been placed. For SpookShowAngel’s personalised baby jumpers , please see the personalised items section. All other hand-made items from SpookShowAngel have already been made, and therefore if are listed as available are in stock and you should receive within the usual delivery times.
What do I do if I need to return an item?
SpookShowAngel would like to ensure you are completely happy with your order and would like you to feel confident in being able to return any item if not. We therefore offer you a return, refund or replaced policy. Orders may be cancelled up to seven working days of being placed. For orders that need to be returned within the UK, this must be done within 14 days of receipt. In the case of items needing to be returned please follow these steps:
  • Contact us at jo@spookshowangel.com within 7 days of receipt of your order (We will not accept returns without prior contact)
  • Return you item to us using the code we give you upon receipt of your email. Please make sure all items are returned in their original condition (and where applicable packaging)
  • Make sure you return your item to us via traceable means as it will be your responsibility for it's safe return
  • upon return of your item, we will either issue you a refund, replacement or credit note
We do not accept returns on personalised items unless faulty. Please note that all items are sold as described and crystals do contain natural flaws
How do I enquire about an item?
Simply contact us at jo@spookshowangel.com with any questions and we will do our best to solve it for you. You can also use this to contact us to ask about what product would be suitable for you. All questions are warmly welcomed and will personally be answered by us.
What do I do if I want an item you haven’t got?
Please contact us at jo@spookshowangel.com and we will let you know if we can stock it for you!
How long do I have to wait if an item is out of stock?
We try to have all items in stock as much as possible. However of the occasion that an item is out of stock, we will attempt to replace it as soon as possible.
Is what I see, what I get?
Essentially, yes. If it is a one off piece, then that is the piece you are choosing. If it is a piece of natural crystal then you will receive the one shown (unless they come in multiples). However, if it is a generic item then you will receive one from stock, all of the same top quality.
